All the more reason not to put you in charge. I wouldn't want to be the one to do something so cruel to you.

Maple would absolutely flip if she got to be on team Night Cap... she has no idea why everyone is so against it. The hero of Fillies and Mares dreams... showing you how it's done, fight'en monsters and rescuing damsels... who wouldn't want to learn from the master?

story-wise, I think I've remembered how fond I was of Hazel Naught's ongoing story... for sure she's in my top 10 npcs, maybe even top five if I take out any of the ones I had a hand in.

You know, I don't know what made me do the extra research, but I only knew that because I Googled the Dewey Decimal System that night to check it out. I sometimes wonder what Zam would have done if I had been lazier about my RPing.

Hazel wound up being a character that I didn't plan to have an arc but managed to have one organically. I mean, her "rival" Amaretto Swirl only exists because I opted to do something with a name tossed out by Amber.

Subsequently, Hazel spawned a sort of accounting sub theme during the wrestling plots

Honestly, positive player response allowed me to do more with what I could throw at the players.

I know I'm biased, but Hazel is one of my favorite npcs too. It was great to see her on a real field mission, using her powers.

Personally, when I'm walking to work, I'm going over what I need to do that day in my head, thinking about the boat I'm building, thinking about Anchor's perfect...umm...other things..." *ahem*

😳 Wow! Just...wow! I completely forgot about this. Good thing Maple wasn't there to hear Static talking about Anchors like that!

Maple wasn't a fan of Squash matches -even before she found out she was a bug. Might be one of the funniest things I thought to add in as a wrestling joke - ever. Unless that was You Zam, then it was one of the funniest things you ever wrote for Maple.

Misty is killing this - mad props to Patch for her jumping into the ring with us wrestle dorks lol, I can't remember if her and I talked about all this, or if Zam and her worked on it, or if it was all directly from her... regardless 100 percent spot on.

I'd dropped out of mlp before the last season of Fim, so I'm of no use to you answering that question Fnu

I bull-headed my way through to the end of FiM. But it was already getting stale for me by about season 4 or 5. I checked out after the first G5 movie. So I know who Zipp is and the short reference. Butt short of a tennis ball reference, I couldn't really help with proto-characters either. Static was Wolverine. That's all I can say.

Static - Night Cap (Square - Keen)

"Iiiiiiiiiiiit's room service! Looking to see if you needed anything delivered to your room," a cheerful female voice said from outside the door.

Static whispered back "It'll keep you up late and we have a 6:10 wakeup call," he reminded Night Cap, though not exactly denying permission. "Though I'm not exactly sure she's actually room service anyway."

Static speaks up for the mare outside the room, looking to make sure Night Cap's prepared for whatever's behind the door. "One sec, I'll be right there."

Static cautiously opens the door.

The post is lost, but it appears Night Cap did want some delivery.

He is so easy, and yet no villain ever tries to take advantage of it.

well sure if the villains knew his weakness of wanting his every whim taken care of... we would be doomed XD

to be fair though... if any of the bad guys in the official canon ever managed to "stop" Twilight, Maple might have signed up to be their henchmare ... at least until the 3 good princesses set her straight on Twilight being not the worst thing ever all day every day

all our characters had their exploitable flaws ... except Misty "She's perfect"

Just then, an alarm went off and a tall stallion announced, "Everypony out!" Poinsettia Prim stormed over and asked, "What is the meaning of this?" "You hear that alarm. You aren't going to argue with the fire marshal are you?" She grumbled but waved for the employees on the floor to follow her to the emergency exit. Red seemed annoyed at all this. "This game will likely resume in the morning, thus I shall retire for the night. Farewell." As he got up, Dart Noveau bumped into him. After she apologized, he stormed off. She then waved for the others to follow her out of the building, though with Poinsettia Prim out of sight, she quickly gave the dealer from earlier a hug, then dashed off. She whispered to the others, "Back to the hotel, there's a lot to talk about."

And that's how Las Pegasus Unicon was unmade.
