Action? Sure, but I feel like Skybound had managed more heart and successful character moments in twelve issues then Bay managed in five feature films.
Oh, I absolutely agree (though I have gotten behind on actually reading the issues I've been collecting, i did manage to get through the first arc), the story is better-written for sure, and they do seem to remember who all these characters are, but the action sequences are violent and fast-paced, and the Bay films are the best equivalent I can think of for comparison.

They actually couldn't use the song lyrics, so they did this instead.
Ah, that's right! I do need to go back and re-read the first issues before I get caught up on my backlog. I remembered something about The Song, but forgot how they acknowledged it.

This is probably discussion better held elsewhere, but since we're on the subject... yes. The action is fast-paced and brutal but it's so well executed that you can always tell exactly what's happening. The way this dude draws is so wildly kinetic and... motionful and... wrestley. It's dirty and messy and ugly in exactly the right way and it's so creative and dynamic and I can't imagine how they decided he was the guy to do TF but I'm really glad they did.

Well, its too bad there isn't an internet archive of transformers knowledge that one could just look up at their leisure. Like some kind of online encyclopedia. Yep. Too bad that's purely in the realm of fiction.
There is, yes. Having been curious about some of IDW2 stuff before, though, and come up with nothing and stubs at best didn't exactly fill me with confidence that I'd find anything - and if I did, the idea of potentially sifting through who knows how many articles until I found the right one didn't appeal when I could use a Transformers discussion forum to discuss Transformers.

Sorry? I answered why the comic reading portion of the fandom was ok with it and that part slipped my mind. Hardly worth getting angry about.

The context is that Megatron went missing when the Ark crashed on Earth, with only his arm left in the wreckage. Meanwhile Optimus lost an arm in a fight with Skywarp. So Ratchet bolted Megs' arm onto him.

Hope that helps, now have a Snickers ffs.
I'll admit I woke up more than a bit crabby and got out of line there, it was just frustrating to ask "hey what's the context of this thing" and get "the thing works in the context of the story" as an answer - but I did add the extra stuff on there, too, so that's on me.

Are the tabs in the middle of CHOP's front bumper transformed correctly.

I don't think they are.

Gosh, shucky-darn. Guess you're just gonna have to take more photos.
They are not, no. But they're also kinda sticky and its very fragile plastic so I keep them that way so I don't accidentally break him.

I really hope another stab is taken at the TFOne studio series toys. I can't say anything about Megatron yet, I don't have him, but Optimus needs a redo. badly.

I wanna see a size comparison between SS86 Optimus and the original Car Robots Fire Convoy/RiD 2001 Optimus in his standard cab robot mode.
