That's Jazz, Mirage, Trailbreaker, Hound, and then Powerglide for the gun. In my headcanon, Ultra Prime can use all their special powers. (Powerglide's special power is that he turns into a gun.)

Also, this is me bragging about how I figured out a way to mount Mirage's gun/sword as an arm-blade thing. I'm probably not the first, and this hasn't been relevant for over five years, but still!
