Is your G1 Megatron being gold-chested a trick of the lighting, custom-painting, or something else?

Either way, the gold makes it look like Early-UK Marvel Megatron.

It's the Encore Megs, so that's some sort or weird lighting effect combined with the potato I clearly used to take the pic. Does look kind of cool though.
