Studio Series 86 Appreciation Thread

I believe a complete list who haven’t had a SS86 toy (in order of appearance) would be:

Swoop, Ironhide, Prime, Gears, Bumblebee, Prowl, Brawn, Ratchet, Bluestreak, Huffer, Sunstreaker, Hound, Magnus, Springer, Arcee, Blaster, his cassettes, Windcharger, *Smokescreen, Wheeljack, Grapple, Sludge, Snarl, plenty of Junkions, and Beachcomber.

Also I’m very aware many of these had WFC toys.

* = Wheeljack was mis colored as Smokescreenon one scene, and the storyboards show a Datsun-type dead next to Windcharger, *not* Wheeljack.

Here is a list of EVERY character that featured in the 86 movie, I put gold stars next to every figure that got a studio series figure, but its not in order of appearance, as I lifted most of this from TF wiki, I know Wheelie & Daniel are kind of the oddballs due to the fact that they came packaged with Grimlock and Slug as accessories of sorts, still it kind of counts:

The list of those still needing a toy can be narrowed down further with a different-colored star (like red or green or something) placed next to those who have received a toy (or toys) in the concurrent WFC Trilogy.

Inferno had a cut speaking line, but did not appear physically. Also, its reaaaaallly leaning into interpretation, but Smokescreen? Its definitely Wheeljack's body, but red, white and blue like Smokescreen.

Don't forget Beachcomber who definitely appeared, even if an animation error, he was more clearly seen than Gears (who I advocate appeared too, so we have to include Beachcomber).

Edit:
Had to find a screen grab. Honestly, if he hadn't appeared briefly in FFoD, you could almost declare him dead since he falls BEFORE Spike...

December!

I feel bad for them as I expect to find it in store before then. I just…didn’t feel like hunting this time. I’m old. Plus with Legacy and the plastic-less packaging I figured I’d start buying online now.
