Just goes to show how fragile the human life is. We all thought it would be his demons that took him down and it winds up being a hugging blood clot. So sad. Really going to miss Scott.

In a way, I'm kinda glad he beat his demons. This is tragic yes, but it's not something he did to himself.

Trips has officially retired from in-ring wrestling. His pneumonia created heart issues which he very nearly died from due to heart failure. This led to him having a defibrillator implanted for his heart.

As he told "First Take" on ESPN:

“For me, as far as in-ring, I’m done. I will never wrestle again. I have a defibrillator in my chest, which it’s not a good idea for me zapped on live TV.”

anyone else watching THE COLLECTIVE 2022? because, yes i am up at 9am to begin the 3 day long binge of pro wrestling. Why is it 9am instead of 12pm for me? because i'm on the west coast now (fell in love and moved from NY to Washington a few months ago)...sometimes that 3hr time difference from the east coast takes some getting used to lol

GCWs really lined up some awesome shows...both of the SPRING BREAK shows have great lineups (really looking forward to Matt Cardona Vs X-Pac, Jon Moxley vs AJ Grey, and of course the Clusterfuck), the GLORY PRO show kicking things off is stacked (including WARHORSE vs Josh Alexander), EFFYS Big Gay Brunch has Effy Vs Pimpinela Escarlata, PLANET DEATH has some crazy deathmatches...

3 days of wrestling just on fite.tv, theres also a crazy great looking ICW:NHB show on IWTV.live friday night, too...i LOVE wrestlemania Indie show weekend

Ironbite-just so you know how packed AEW/ROH's roster really is these days.

I wouldn't put much stock in the betting odds for Wrestlemania because some sportsbooks ate a big one on NXT Stand and Deliver. They got most of it wrong, including having Ziggler winning at like +1600 odds. Insane. Some rich people that run sportsbooks lost a lot of money.

As for Joe in AEW really cool, I just hope he doesn't get lost in the shuffle. Be interesting to see who on that roster winds up going to ROH for most of their bookings.

Ironbite-give it 3 months before he's back jobbing on Main Event.

WWE paid to license his AEW theme song. I don't see him falling to the midcard that quickly. They're thin at the top of the card and could use a fresh name. Hopefully for Cody's sake he gets the chance to do it. A win at Wrestlemania over Seth Rollins in a great match is a good start.
