Not completely a knockoff, but this number-dino toy totally has Grimlock's head.

What a wild assortment. Some of these are heavily simplified and kinda lame. Transmetal Cheetor actually looks quite good. And then there's Megatron in his crocodile body, with a shell accessory? It's not a copy of Terragator's shell. I want to see that beast mode.
