Warner Discovery launched a slate of FAST channels on Roku and Amazon/Freevee. Here's the gist from a Roku announcement, but Amazon appears to have the same stuff:

Earlier this year, they launched WB TV Cartoon Rewind, featuring many of the same slate of low tier shows that populate the MeTV Toons selection. Right now, I'm enjoying Centurions, but other shows noted include Beetlejuice, Police Academy, Mr T, and Silverhawks. Challenge of the Gobots will be cycling in later at 0143 AM CST
While a wiki, seems to be on point with additional details. WBTV hasn't launched as a full service, and it wouldn't surprise me if they didn't since it doesn't really cost WB anything to dump "channels" of old content on other FAST/Linear streaming providers.
