Just found it online. Don't know who made it. But, ouch!

I thought the same. The center guy, Wedge, would have been orange tho.
It's a more humanoid RotF Devestator.
Might be specifically intended to be what he'd look like if he was in Legacy.

The green glowing core was a clue to that. What we all remember RotF Devastator for, of course, will never be put into a toy....

Well, Hasbro can't even sell toy guns to children without an orange tip on the barrel. Imagine the kind of fiasco Hasbro would create for selling kids a piece of top-secret experimental military hardware.
