Is his color scheme based on anyone? It feels so familiar, like on the tip of my tongue, but I can't quite place it...

Man if I'd been collecting when that Costco set came out I would have bought it so hard. I have no idea what they were going for with that color scheme and I love it.
And sadly there are no clean images of it on the entire internet. Prime's smokestacks are always detatched, or something is mistransformed. Someone with a proper lightbox needs to give this set its due.
