The US Supreme Court and its decisions

Even more so, the groups outside the SC are going to be -causing- the cases explicitly to push them up to the SC. SC can't choose to hear a case that doesn't exist, but the zealots can manufacture them from whole cloth(like the Mississippi one that led to the Roe strikedown) and set up the SC, so they can "fix all the mistakes those 'activist judges' made in all the previous years because we clearly know best."

At this point, it doesn't even have to be "manufactured". The aforementioned Mississippi case wasn't even directed AT Roe. It was in layman's terms just clarifying language that would allow States to make legislation in regards to Abortion. Alito, Thomas, and the Traitor's Cadre proceeded to eviscerate Roe out of sheer giggles. Hell, Roberts "dissent" was only because destroying Roe wasn't part of the case, he had no issue with the verdict itself.

This is for all intents and purposes a renegade Court. What Trump failed to pull off with the Legislative Branch has born terrible, rotten fruit in the Judicial.

Exactly.

the Court only has to involve itself when a Progressive outcome is reached.

If a lower court locks in the Conservative option then they can simply decline to hear an appeal.

That term "activist judges" looks more and more hypocritical every day.

But they're not talking about a law against "protesting outside anyone's home", are they?
Unless I'm missing something that's exactly what they are talking about.

The Supreme Court’s chief security officer has penned letters requesting that top Maryland officials direct police to enforce laws “that squarely prohibit picketing at the homes of Supreme Court Justices” following weeks of protests outside their houses. https://wapo.st/3yw8pBN

That’s not what he was asking.

Would SCOTUS be cool with the first amendment allowing people protesting outside an abortion Doctor’s house?

If so, they shouldn’t single themselves out for special treatment.

Tangentially Roe-related: itch.io has put up an Indie Bundle for Abortion Funds. For ten bucks (and you can pitch in more if you'd like) you get 1,122 digital items, including indie video games, books (both comic and the other kind), and soundtracks, with 100% of the money going to the National Network for Abortion Fund's Collective Power Fund. The bundle is available until 7/14.

We now return you to your regularly scheduled horror.

That man deserves zero peaceful meals for the rest of his life.
Yeah, we're reaching the point where the justice system is closing off every other venue for legal recourse that getting personal will be the only option for The People.

No peaceful meals, no restful nights, damage to property and more. If the lawmakers of our country think they'll be able to sit back and take it easy, they're going to be very disappointed. Conservatives aren't the only people with guns or who believe in the 'American Dream'. The only thing that stops the other side from the violence of the right is hope in a peaceful solution. But if they keep pushing, something will break. Not advocating for violence, of course, but it's a pattern as old as time. The People, when pushed to the wall, will fight back and these would-be princes are doing nothing to ensure that the means of violence aren't in their hands.
