The only thing keeping me from slapping you right now is my respect for you.
You can skip korra if you're feeling iffy, but TLA is a modern animation epic. Watch it.
To be fair, I was probably either late 30's or early 40's before I saw it. But yes, Fnu. You need to see it. You should be able to find a complete series set either on DVD or Bluray for not a lot.

I should check my hoard first. It's not impossible that I've accidentally bought the DVD set at some point. I am surrounded by boxes and boxes of DVDs I've bought in lots.
I have never seen a library that carries DVDs.
Of course, I also come from a place where libraries are divided by language. The french don't read, and the english are badly underfunded.
Anywho! I spent more money on clothes today than I have in the last two years.
It was only 80 bucks, but also very needed. I got a new thin flannel hoody, and completely replaced my underwear.

My family's pretty much used the library to see VHS tapes, DVDs and Blu-Rays for movies rather than bothering with rental stores for decades. Then again, we're dirt poor...
Anyway, keeping on topic. I've had reassurance that the people in management at my workplace appreciate me and the fact that I take my job seriously. This helps, especially when I have bad days and have to clean up the messes created by my coworkers...one in particular who's been at the workplace longer than I have.

I'm under 300 lbs for the first time in like five years, having dropped 13 lbs over the last month to get to 295.
My much-belated Halloween/Autumn-related commission just got finished! Just waiting for the final files now.
Also finished ALL of the annual achievements for Wintersday this year in Guild Wars 2 (which just started today) so now if I want I can mostly ignore it(except for dailies and the weekly)

I just put up the christmas tree. Haven't decorated it, but I got it up and the lights working.

My wife makes those! She calls them Peanut Butter Temptations, she drops a lump of peanut butter cookie dough into mini-muffin pans, and then pushes the mini reeses cups into the top right after taking the cookies out of the oven. They're very tasty!
