Ok, so I just saw this on Facebook and I need to post about it somewhere because I kinda want it for my Joes and Transformers to fight around.

I don't have the room but I feel like it could make a really fun display.

-ZacWilliam: anyone else see some cool Playsets recently?

These are too rich for my blood, but I love the modularity, and they would work for lots of toylines.

Not at all what you're looking for, but part of why I wanted to get G1 Fortress Maximus was for the role a similar base/ship plays in my own fiction. XP

This is going super-oldschool, but I did write a piece years ago about an item from the Dungeons & Dragons toy line I wanted back in the day. Its purpose?

To act as Bowser's lair for my Mario toys.

Of course, these days, there are actual Mario playsets to pull off the bit much better than this might have done, imagination be damned.

Oh, wow. I had a beaten-up Fortress of Fangs as a kid that I think I picked up from a yard sale or something for a couple bucks. I always thought it was a He-Man playset.

The TimMee toy prices are mind-blowing.
Yeah, especially when a lot of the molds they use were the cheap off-brand toys that were sold as alternates to GI Joe vehicles. That said, if they ever re-engineered the Processed Plastics Huey Cobra-like helicopter for 3-3/4 figures, I'd probably bite the bullet and buy at least one. Lots of fond memories of that chopper...

I just climbed back out of a deep dark rabbit hole . . .

I had one of these when I was growing up - it was the only vehicle I had for my GI Joes -

They also made these - https://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/vintage-toy-action-figure-lazer-force-4673247070 - and I'm pretty sure I managed to find the same vehicle in two different pics.

Anyway - the TimMee toys seem to be that level of quality, so it's crazy that they're charging so much.

I did find this, though - and it could work for a playset or maybe for some toy photography: http://www.lanard.com/img/gallery/featured/corpsuniverse/LG/Corps_Featured_19_LG.jpg
