I mean - even when you block people you still see threads they start right? You just don't see the individual posts. Wild stuff.
Actually if you have people on ignore, it does hide their threads.

Mostly.

Basically a thread they create won't show up in the thread list, but it'll still show up on the main forum index if it was the most recently replied to thread, even if it was replied to by someone you're ignoring.

Haslab just announced their latest release...a (slightly remolded and repainted?) version of RID Omega Prime, sigh...
I like how you literally included the comparisons with the original toys from 24 years ago, clearly showing that the Haslab version is an entirely new mold, and yet still said this.

I don't know if I can justify to myself that this is worth it. In Japan, this will be close to ¥36,859.28!

Also, I think they said it was for people who "always wanted the originals but couldn't afford them" and then they released an even more expensive version of the original. Why didn't they either re-release the originals or make a smaller version of both characters for much less? I think a smaller version would make them for in more with the existing Legacy figures too.

Perhaps Hasbro foresaw this with the relatively low backer target of 10,000 backers?

I think with the originals, the molds are now beyond use and the last release was full of QC issues and was recalled last I checked, thou I think some still exist in the wild of that run, but its unlikely to ever get done again! As for putting them into legacy, there is other challanges as they are having this year's commander class be Mangatron and that means the commander class slot has been filled, to put them into leader class is to pretty much weaken the overall desgins as fans would expect for them to be able to combine and with OP also having a trailer that forms a battle station, which equals more parts, so that if they did it as leader, OP core robot would likely be nothing but a deluxe sized figure that becomes a small leader class! Besides fans would want them to be BIG and have all of the standard bells and whistles that modern figures have and the stars have alined so that a modern verison of Omega Prime can possbily be born if enough people back the project and maybe next time, they'll do RID Megatron which would be a extreme challange as the Galvatron verison/western verison of the original had the most alt modes of any character, a record that still stands to this day!!

I mean that's only 1000 backers less than they needed for both Victory Saber and Deathsaurus and it's currently at 4425 after not even a full day.

Yeah, it looks awesome. If I didn't own any versions of Omega Prime I'd be all over it. It looks very cool. Even though I may not bite, there is a lot to love.

Oddly the Armorizers (that name doesn't work as well as "weaponizers" for me because of the rock themeing; I wish they'd found a themed name like they did with Fossilizers) haven't appealed to me so far. This looks great though. Maybe if they make one with clear rock parts, or reuse the engineering for a standard non-rock helicopter. Idk.

Maybe Geodizers?

Anyway, I approve of our new helicopter Rock Lord.
