in Cyberverse, the personalities of the 13 are in the matrix, which implies each of them wielded it, which made me think what if the 13 weren't contemporary to each other?

Prima had the matrix, making him Prime and he ruled for awhile before dying and passing it on to Vector Prime, who did likewise, and so on and so forth until it fell into Megatronus' hands, and his betrayal was to not pass the matrix on, believing noone else was worthy, leading to the Matrix being lost for at time, Legends about it being found by the legendary thirteenth prime abound, until it is finally found by the future Nova Prime, starting a new dynasty of Primes eventually leading to Optimus and even Rodimus.

While it might not work for the Decepticons.

How about a series, where Optimus assembles a new 13. You could then have focus on the new Primes finding thier way.

What about a quest-style story? A Cybertronian (Optimus/Megatron/Bumblebee/Swerve) has to assemble a cross-factional team, each with unique abilities, to find/defeat a MacGuffin/EndBoss and Save The Prince(ss?)/Village/World/Universe/Christmas. Maybe a few more members join along the way, and by the end there are/were 13(ish) members, and either someone notices a parallel with the first 13 (though maybe not a direct 1:1 correlation), or the story flashes forward a few generations and tales are told of the Legendary 13 who Saved The ____.

You're right. I was confusing DinoZaurs with Dinosaucers
No biggie, just convince Hasbro to bring back Ask Vector Prime and then they can hide a secret message inside a a book of character models that decrees Dinosaucers are just Cybertronians who have 100% organic compositions and that Reptulon is just Cybertron from a universe where the sparks bonded with carbon based lifeforms instead of metal and dear lord I want to cut off my fingers for typing up any of this.

I think the best way to tackle that would be to expand on Animated's idea of different teams having their own leadership.
You could still have OP and Megs be the "leaders" of their respective factions but establish a few 'bot and 'con teams fighting on different fronts of the war across the galaxy and check in on them every few episodes.
That's also kinda how IDW started, which I've always been on board with, and disappointed that they didn't do more with.

Star Convoy could be commander class Star Convoy (base to robot to super mode) voyager Optimus Prime (robot to cab to body) and core/deluze rodimus Minor (robot to car)

Oh, that's true. I was just getting ready to type a post about how Titan was crazy big for Star Convoy, but it hadn't occurred to me that it could be a multi-pack of sorts.

Snagged a Filch on an outing today! Gotta get her home and get some pics, but now Cannonball and the Thundertron set are the only Star Raiders I haven't seen in the wild!
(Also found a vintage Twin Twist and Astrotrain, but this isn't the thread for that...)

The only one I've seen in the wild is Ferak.
Same here. Not even a designated price tag for any of them. Just Ferak with the rest of the normal Legacy United Voyagers.

I got "Leader" Soundwave today and he kinda... doesnt transform properly.

His arms dont like to stay plugged in to each other. Also the panel on the back of his legs that opens the shin compartment for his foot to go into doesn't close right either. Theres a peg on the inside of the panel and a hole on the underside of the foot. They clearly go together but no amount of squeezing is making it work.

Then the fold-out parts of the control panel dont really seem to have anywhere to sit flush, opting to just rest on top of the legs.

I waited 5 years for this?!

(Frumble and Buzzsaw are cool tho)

Sounds like yours might have some misaligned parts.

I've had similar troubles with some of my figures as of late. Both my Legacy Twincast and my Legacy Tigerhawk had a pin misaligned that prevented either of them from transforming into altmode at all.

I managed to get a second Twincast but Tigerhawk is more expensive enough that I'm not yet willing to drop that much money for a second one of him (plus I really do not like his color scheme, all of that brown all over his body is just so ugly).

I don't think they're getting dedicated hooks this go-around; I think that was the reason behind them having normal United packaging?

When Ferak hit our nearest Walmart, I scanned it with the Walmart app to see what it's listing read like; seems like "Star Raiders" is the keyword phrase to get them to pop up on the app. Then, if you check the others availability for "Pick Up in Store", if your store doesn't have them, it will (in theory) check for them in other nearby stores. I was able to get Lockdown and Road Pig this way.

Filch, on the other hand, was pure right-place-right-time happenstance. It does seem like they're getting out into stores now, so good luck to those still hunting them!

I picked up a complete set of Star Seekers at the 8220 N Dale Mabry Walmart. No idea if they still have 'em but might be worth checking it out if you can get out there.

I've had absolutely zero luck using the app. The only figure I was unable to pre-order was Filch and I was literally checking the app every day waiting for it to show as in stock at any store within 50 miles of me. Then I made one of my regular Wal-Mart stops and there she was while the app still said they had none in stock and none in the area.

I've got Filch cause I ordered her. No sign of any Star Seekers at any Walmart here.

-ZacWilliam, I won't be upset if I never see them, but it would be nice to...

I got Lockdown and Road Pig through ordering, I just ordered a Filch that Walmart should have in stock, but until its actually shipped I wont believe it. There's been times where they say something is in stock but then end up saying its not and cancelling it.

wonko the sane?

You may test that assumption at your convinience.

One of my local walmarts still has all them just sitting there. I don't think enough local fans care about them.

Which means they might hang around long enough to end up at winners or the discount store: where I would be willing to pay for them, cause I'm not connected to them either.
