Florida tried this and got blocked in court, and this proposal looks more aggressive than ours. They might not have any better luck.
Really the biggest chaos factor here is that judges typically don't understand what social media companies do, what these proposals would do, or even what these proposals claim they're trying to do, and we can never be sure which way that's going to cut.

He wasn't booted off the ballot by the party leadership. So unless his entire constituency knew about the coke parties all along and had a vested interest in keeping it secret, I say he was just a loudmouth asshole and people were sick of him.
Of course this was just his bid for a Senate seat. He could still hold onto his position in the house, unfortunately.
