Why do people only use the "Like" emoji but not the faces?

I pull out the occasional "Love Eyes" or "Laughy Face," but I have to admit that I'm part of the problem as a serial "like button" masher.

Yeah, it's a bit finicky on mobile, but you can do it. I'm on my phone right now. Any chance we could add ?

Easier to just click the like button rather than go through the agonizing difficulty of deciding which actual emotion you totally don't have to the post.

I'm of two minds. The old emoji's were Transformer-centric and kept with the identity of the board. They were nice and sometimes I feel a bit nostalgic for them. On the other hand, we do have a much broader selection now.

Honestly, I do miss the old Emojis. I mean come one, we finally get a toy inferno that can laugh manically, and we don't have the inferno laughing emoji now?

...Really, that's about it for me. Maybe I'm just lazy with my likes? I sometimes use the other faces, but most of the time a simple "Like" is all I need.

Mostly Likes, sure, but that's because I like a lot of posts. The only two I seldom use are the frowny face and the angry face.
