I wonder if the new SuperGodConvoy mode with all the super fire convoy armor is going to look like the one we fans have been doing for over 20 years now lol
Given that they seem to be going for a 'stability' emphasis with this release, I would imagine the 'ladder cannon' that many of us tried to hang off Omega's arm would be a lot better, before it was just pegged on and had no way to stop the flopping at the hinge that was never made to support it like that.
Looks more like playing Thumb War (and Magnus is winning) than shaking hands to me, but eh, close enough.
The thumb has a short peg on it to make the handshake actually hold somewhat, the photo's more showing off that function.
The armor also pegs securely onto Prime's forearm, so it's not absolutely necessary, it's just a nice touch.
The combination reminds me more of sentai/Power Rangers symbolic tranformations. Car Robots/RID was a lot more sentai/PR in general.
