And again Trump is going to make a deal that is going to be fair for everyone. But not this week. Not this month. And not unless he gets to be President again.

He KNOWS he can make the deal fast. But also says "I have some ideas". But since ideas in his head reliably bloom into powerful solutions, we can go ahead and bank on them. IF Pennsylvania comes through.

Likely only has concepts of a deal.
