There has been some speculation that he will be retooled into some form of Optimus, with TFP Beast Hunter Optimus being mentioned a lot

Gears, Polar Claw, and the Croc and Tiger fossilizers were only part of the initial Kingdom pitch. They were cut before Kingdom production began.

If they show up in Legacy, remains to be seen. But if they do it probably won't be until chapter 2 in 2023.

I think they wanted another voyager class Maximal. Because after the initial pitch, Tigatron was bumped up to voyager and took Polar Claws place in the lineup. The planned Cheetor repaint became Shadow Panther instead.
