I haven't read any comics in years (not even IDW). As someone who really doesn't normally get into this side of the fiction, is it worth dipping my toes in before there get to be too many releases?

I do like the lighter grey on Astrotrain and those colors on Blitzwing look really nice. I skipped Blitzwing due to already having the Titans Return version, but I already have the other 2 molds. If this ends up as much as the Bridge Crew set, then no way.

I never liked the idea that a robot wasn't complete without his partner. Target Masters and Power Masters make sense to me as they are adding to or enhancing the main robots ability. Without the Head Master, it's just a headless body running around. That's why I've never really liked that...

That was my thinking as well. I passed on the mold the first time around because something just felt off about it to me. This one just feels better.
