Orville also suffers from what I call Madoka Syndrome, where fans of Thing A gain a reputation for making a big deal about how "Thing A is good unlike that stupid Thing B crap that only an idiot would like," repelling Thing B fans who clearly fall squarely within Thing A's target audience.

I only bought TR Twin Twist the first time because I wanted him to go with Topspin, so this pushes Diaclone Twin Twist into "only get for completionism" territory, which means now enough of the subline is stuff I'd only be getting for completionism that I won't be doing that.
Is a Hasbro or Takara designer known to have stated an opinion that an Arcee toy was non-viable prior to 2010? If so, did they provide any details that would reconcile this belief with the 2004 release of Energon Arcee?
I adore the twistedness of selling a Thunderwing who splits into a jet and a tank alongside a Flywheels who doesn't. I wouldn't buy either of them but I'd have a lot of fun watching people's reactions.
