Oh what a weekend it’s been with my sister in law and her 2 kids here. first up, smashed taters on the griddle. Then a brisket. Got sliced and chopped. made some sliced brisket sandwiches in a pretzel bun and some chopped brisket queso. and some nachos I made with left over Tri tip meat.

Tri tip is perfect for a small family. Takes an hour ish at 225 and taste amazing. Just gotta make sure you slice against the grain, but know that the grain usually changes about half way through. It’s weird but taste great.
