My biggest weakness with sensory overload is crowded gatherings, where there's multiple convos at once, and it feels rude to stare at my phone too much or step away for long. I'm ok if I can move/get to a quieter area, or if I have something I can focus on.

Yeah, it's normal to feel that way when everything piles on at once. Are you in an apartment? Call management at least once a day. If they can't fix it soon, ask if they can put you up in another room for the meantime, or lower the rent.

Yeah, hospitals and other health care sites are severely overworked and understaffed, especially these days. Definitely still file a complaint, though. Make sure to tell them they were wrong. Hope they at least reduce the bills, if not eliminate them.
