Just looked that up, you are correct, though it would be the US Marshalls arresting him, not the FBI. At best, DeSantis refusing to cooperate would delay the arrest a few days to a week.

I'm not so sure. On one had Trump LOVES attention(he'll proudly go to trial to show how persecuted he is), on the other he's also a coward(He'll just hide out in Mar-a-lago and only visit red states which have promised to block extradition). Which part of Trump will win out in this case...

Keep in mind he hasn't been found guilty yet. Given the quality of his current legal team, though, if he's ever gonna be found guilty, it would be this time.
