Well after Japanese discounts they're probably going to be around $120. Which isn't different than normal Masterpiece car costs these days. So think about it that way more. They just happen to combine.

A local Walmart had about 30 of the first wave of the Snake Eyes movie figures. I don't see these flying off shelves. I have all three, I really don't like Storm Shadow. Mainly due to the color they chose for his outfit.

I wouldn't expect a long time frame to release these personally. Notice how they are releasing 3 versions of Skids in rapid succession as well as the Seekers. Granted those are redecos / retools of each other and not completely new figures each time. I still don't think (or at least hope)...

Price pre-discounts is 19800 reportedly. Which puts him at Hound's price. So he's not likely Deluxe sized (remember Shouki was also the shortest of the Trainbots (but that doesn't mean he is here)).
