Very true. There just isn't any way to get that car to turn into that robot in the real world. I think Animated Arcee's toy did a very good job of using design cues from the G1 design and turning it into an actual transformer, so in a line that didn't focus on looking as much as possible like...

Agreed. That flat black does look nice. I would still prefer that all fossilizers were available in a "natural" scheme, but I'm just happy to have new ones in any form we can get them.

Very cool little ships. Reminiscent of the old Wing Commander games (at least for us old people.) I saw these on the shelf at Walmart and was tempted, but I decided i didn't need to start collecting anything new. As a kid, I would have been all over these.

That's what I'd expect as well. Drop off the tail piece and give it a mammoth skull, and it's a reasonable facsimile.

Very excited about a new Fossilizer. I do hope that it becomes available in "natural" colors at some point, too, but I'm happy to buy this version for now. I already have the standard release Impactor, but I do like this one better. Not enough that I would have splurged had it been a single...
