EDIT: I found it. It was the prologue comic for the TCC Classics prose story "At Fights End". With that story being a Classics story, nearly everyone who appeared in that story was specifically in their Classics/Universe toy bodies.

Ah, that explains it. The schedule made it look like that was mainly for people who hadn't yet registered ahead of time at all and wanted to do so in person, since it also placed the Premium pickup time after that which seemed unusual for the ticket level that would get folks the most advanced...
Question. Looking at the schedule, I see panels that are happening on Friday night, but it also looks like only Premium ticket holders have registration pick up that night? If so, then does that mean Weekend pass holders have to wait until Saturday morning before being allowed into the events...
As of just one year ago, the old "Members Only" section of the TCC website was still up and fully open to the public without the need for any membership account, complete with all of the old Mini-Con bios and "Theft of the Golden Disk" character profiles still up and fully accessible. Currently...
I know that and you know that, but most are gonna look at this toy and think of the TFSS toy, and lament the use of the Siege mold over a wing-swapped Earthrise mold.
(And my intention of the spoilered bit was to point out Randy's original intention for the character as alluded to in his TFSS...
