Man, now I DO kind of want him. I'm picturing his personality as basically Guy from Galaxy Quest He's the generic "Red Shirt" security officer that is the only genre saavy member of the team he's on.

I had those helicopters. One of them lost it's rotor and became a "submarine." Along with, at minimum, (1) Barbie shoe, (1) D6 die, and (1) checker. If your Lego collection does not include those items, then you lose your license.

I was today years old when I found out that there was a second wave of Megaforce toys that never got released. I don't know how many of you remember Megaforce, but it was awesome. More info here for those that are interested.

Bloodron was his mother's maiden name. He used it for a while when he was doing some art films in college. He's not proud of those now.

Also Straxus/Darkmount, Coronation Starscream (his 30 second reign was short but memorable), and Ratbat have all led the Decepticons. And you can always repurpose the Dracula crossover figure as Bloodron.

Right? Like, no one thing in the trailer blew my mind, but all the jokes seem solidly clever. The gags are funny in and of themselves, not just a bunch of "funny because I mentioned something you vaguely remember." I would label my interest as "piqued."

I can't believe they changed his iconic red outfit to orange! Otherwise, though, it's a great representation of the character as this side-by-side demonstrates.

I decided on Decepticon. I figured between Omega Supreme and Skylynx, the Autobots already had a pretty good representation of big space themed characters that needed someone other than Astrotrain to do battle with. You can get it from fellow board member Sirtoys website here. Be patient...

Got my Space Combiner from Sirtoys in the mail yesterday: Combined mode is pleasingly large and bulky. Makes a good rival to Skylynx. Each component is a bit bigger than a Voyager class figure

Man, I was hoping for a Ransack repaint, but not like this. I was kind of counting on skipping the main Insecticons (since I'm pretty happy with the Core/Legends/Basic/Little-fellers) but picking up the eventual remold into the Deluxe Insecticons. If they're all buried in various multi packs...
