    The Repaint Concept Thread

Yeah, outside of his toy bio and accompanying box art, Beast Wars Double Punch has not visually appeared in any illustrated fiction.

    Transformers Legacy toyline

A name Hasbro was considering for Arcee's evolved form should she have won the vote was "Arcana Magnus". ...Which sounds less like a name for Arcee and more like just the names of two other dudes mashed together, if I'm being honest.

    Transformers Legacy toyline

I feel like if Hasbro had been more upfront back then about what the POTP fan vote was for, fewer fans might have voted for Optimus Primal over the more suitable choices for the gimmick like Thunderwing, Ultra Magnus, and Star Saber (as there were several people back then who were like, "Well...

BotCon 2022 Nashville, TN August 25-28

I'll write up a more formal report on the event later, but for now, here is my haul from the con: Beast Wars: Transmetals Airazor (her Japanese instructions were included, but this is definitely the Hasbro toy) Beast Wars Metals: Quickstrike Robots in Disguise 2001: Sideways vs. Axer...

Velocitron Speedia 500 Collection - Transformers: Legacy subline at Walmart

Does anyone else's Override have an odd tilt to its robot mode head? Mine's head is stuck permanently tilting to the right. Rotating the head doesn't help, and tilting it back upright just does not work.

Rescue Bots/Rescue Bots Academy/Dinobot Adventures/Classic Heroes Team thread

Classic Heroes Team is kinda like the Buzzworthy Bumblebee equivalent of the Rescue Bots-type lines. The Rescue Bots Academy line had some figures that bore the CHT logo at the bottom of the packaging, but now we're getting a line that just says "Transformers" with no other top logo and only the...

    Interplanetary Death Match

Well, judging by that pic, it looks as if Unicron has already lost, what with him lying passed out on his back, there. Or, unless he's just taking a nap.

Buzzworthy Bumblebee - the "everything goes" toyline

He's on all Buzzworthy Bumblebee packaging releases. He's just part of the line's artwork collage.

Post Pictures of your Transformers, Let's see 40 years worth of Transformers!

It's possible that we could have gotten them in the line that ultimately became Kingdom, had Hasbro not decided to add in all the Beast Wars toys that split the original TFTM-themed line between Kingdom and Studio Series 86.

I guess we can presume that Kyuuranger will be the Sentai adapted for this one, if at least for just the megazord footage if not also the ranger suit footage.

The Taxonomy of Toy-Based Fiction, or a further look at Continuity Families

Truth be told, I don't think Hasbro really cares that much.
