No. There's maybe one panel in Target 2006 where he's got grey shoulders, but that's fairly obviously a colouring error or creative use of shading (Broadside, stood next to him, is entirely grey). Even in his early appearances and UK appearances Springer was mostly green with some yellow...
It's a shame to lose the thighs making part of the alt mode that made her feel like more of a transformer, but it still looks better than the Earthrise toy.
What does Takara have against transforming this toy correctly by folding the fenders in.
You missed one of the deluxes , so imagine it'll be two more $45 deluxe two packs and three standalone Voyagers (but that doesn't fit the number of boxes and sizes left so who knows?).
Impactor has just enough retooling to justify him alongside the fossilizer.
Hopefully they get some fiction though, other than it's Spindle's first day.
Weird that the photos seem to be taken standing on Scorponok's back?
Gnaw is a troop builder but he still got a bio and a name.
Autotroopers are troop builders but got some effort put into naming them and giving them some tech specs.
Another leaked figure - BB Voyager Legacy Dinobot.
I don't think a toy deco with Grimlock's head is very interesting, but a Fox Kids deco with the mutant head would be (as he could go on the evil quantum copy pile with Nemesis, Tigatron, Shadow Panther et al. Something similar is also the only...
Ehh, I think having a pair of hands hanging off his back is a wash for the more involved transformation tbh. A gun would have been nice but there are plenty of third party ones on Ebay at least.
Yeah, like there are things about him I like - his alt mode is a little bit more coherent but still feels consistent, and the worker mode is definitely better.
But he also loses his wheel turning into the axe, which is literally the only thing he does in the show, he's got no integration with...
The notion that being an IP orientated company requires you to own an in-house production studio is a curious one and not really how it works, and Hasbro do own an in-house production studio anyway in E-One, but mergers take two years to start to be operationally effective.
Not really, Hasbro corporate also made a number of similar statements when they acquired Entertainment One. The line is significantly wider than just the TF team.
If nothing else, if these are the G1 versions of Bulkhead et al then who are they? What are they doing? Why weren't they on the Ark, and why are they on Earth now? What are their abilities?
These are interesting things to put in a bio, if it's longer than one sentence, and that's why the online...
Jhiaxus looked really cool. Some of the engineering touches on Motormaster are neat (but painted windows are really inexcusable). Knock-out and Tarantulus are neat. Elita looks awful. Eesh.
Making Soundwave a release of the Siege toy rather than the Earthrise one would feel pretty insulting if...
It looks okay, but painted windows is a bit of a joke on a Commander price point toy that is around leader size.
Also a bit of a shame the waist is so thin, given the one obvious advantage of this skeleton set up was that you didn't need to have a tiny thin waist.

Wildrider reveal (and an official Blitzwing).
Wildrider looks okay but that's quite the kibble pile at the back that doesn't fold up very elegantly.
