Okay, I didn't want to derail the actual HasLab thread with wild wishes and crazy ideas, so I thought I would start a thread where we throw out ideas for HasLab stretch goals to unlock.
Any HasLab, any idea:
I've seen some suggestions that micromasters Clipper and Riker would have made a good...
The smaller figures still interest me, lack of articulation and paint apps notwithstanding. Most of the larger figures I will likely pass on, but there's enough that interests me to be looking for these when they hit stores.
Mirage in particular reminds me a lot of the Machine Wars jets, in a...
Did someone at Hasbro ever say anything about the possibility of redecos of Omega Prime, or am I just imagining that? Specifically the Yellow Splendid Convoy version?
The reason I ask is, Liokaiser does have a built-in redeco in Big Rescue Force, it would THEORETICALLY be a feasible reuse of...
I have DVD copies of "The Challenge of the Gobots" series and "The Green Slime" because WB had a Made-To-Order program a few years ago (no idea if it still exists, but I highly doubt those discs would have ever existed otherwise). If MTO fills a niche somewhere between Selects and HasLab, then I...
On the one hand, this makes sense from a purely "what Helicopter TF can be redone into Blades" standpoint. On the other, being part of a combiner is one of Protectobot Blades' main features, not so much for RB Blades. Would you envision an RB Blades that has combiner functions that the other...
Similar color issues aside, seems like Boulder and Armada Scavenger could share some CNA; maybe they could do the Energon Treadbolt deco to mix up the color scheme?
Blades is a puzzler. If they make him close to his original design, they could always dip into New Characters territory for a...
Kup is, by far, the stand-out of the 4 JoeXTF figures so far. I agree with this recommendation.
He does make me wish someone would make a Joe-sized Recoil Targetmaster to go with him, though...
IDK, hold music always reminds me of the music between the daytime educational shows on Nebraska Public Television in a weirdly nostalgic way...
...yes, my childhood was a bit weird, why do you ask?
"...Hey, what does that S stand for?"
"Um, um, well, it stands for, Sitter. Yeah, Sitter. I was gonna go around with Baby-Sitter, BS, but you know why I couldn't do that."
Target has a sale Feb 14-17, in store at least, like 20% off select items in toys. Picked up the 4-pack with Cliffjumper and Tarantulas for $55, several other Transformers and other things were also on sale.
My son and I can watch them, but my wife can't. The earlier Supercar and Fireball XL5 are borderline uncanny-weird, which is a shame, because Fireball has some good stories. New Captain Scarlet is quite good, and is CGI animated without trying to look like the marionettes, last I checked it...
