You ever just wonder if it's because of those shows that a bunch of idiots didn't get their fool selves possessed and that's the reason the average intelligence of the species has plummeted in the double digits seemingly so rapidly?

Because if they were simply grifters after some easy money, they could much more easily (and cheaply) make them out of worthless rocks and claim they're special.
