Well, having watched a lot of Youtube videos I tried to fix the waist and arm of the dud NecroConda. Waist was fine, but the elbow didn't work right after the joint swap either, I think the actual forearm itself is defective. I can anchor it in place and make it look right but it won't bend without coming apart. Ah, well.
This does make me very iffy, as noted earlier, on getting any more. Two out of two identical figures had issues, built one good one and made one somewhat better with parts from an Ollie's MOTU mold Wrestler I got cheap. Not how I want to spend money or time, honestly. I'm wondering about the Thundercats/Grayskull Mumm-Ra and Lion-O now, do I want to plan QC roulette?

Actually, thinking a bit the only Vehicle + Location that might work for me is Technodrome + Snake Mountain since while the Technodrome is technically a vehicle, its also the main lair of the villians, so merging both baddie HQs together makes sense to me.

Some pics of the bundle deluxe Mondo Scare Glow. This makes #3 as far as Mondo Scare Glow figures. This is the best one in my opinion. The other two miss the mark significantly, especially the second one. He has 5 head sculpts.

He's always had the skull.head similarity. They then gave Skeletor a purple cape, which doesn't help things. I had the original as a kid. Adding armor around Scare Glow's upper body, arms, and giving him bare feet also bring him closer to Skeletor. Mondo even did a Skeletor for Hot Topic with a glow in the dark face.
