That Jehovah Witness (or whoever he's with) brought backup today, and he still hasn't managed to get through his pitch.

I don't know the record for filibustering, but I have to be getting close.

I was on the GitHub page for Azahar yesterday (Nintendo 3DS emulator) because I was having an issue where it wouldn't update for me (I wasn't even using it but it showed up in my Update Manager because I was using Lime3DS and Azahar is a merging of Lime3DS - a fork of the defunct Citra - and another person's fork of Citra, so presumably it was a 'Yeah it will update and replace Lime3DS for you).

And I went to the issues page and someone reported an 'issue' that was literally 'Your website says MacOS but Apple says the spelling of their operating system is macOS, please fix this.'

If you're thinking 'This must've been some super Apple fanboy', no it wasn't. They were a Debian user.

So what the hug.

It's such a shame that Terminator ended at 2 and maybe Vs. Robocop.

To be fair, it never really needed a third film, the fourth film was a step in the right direction, by showing the actual future War after the bombs have dropped, but then they tried rebooting with a soft reboot and that was a bad film, they wasted Matt Smith on Skynet hologram, he would of made a better John Conner than the actor they had, he was not that good of a actor in the role, the sixth film, I not seen and I hear its bad as it makes the first two, pointless, by killing off John in the openning act of the film

Any actor who's portrayed The Doctor would make a better John Connor than Jai Courtney. And yes, that does include Jodie Whittaker, Jo Martin, and Joanna Lumley from The Curse of Fatal Death. That guy couldn't act his way out of a wet paper bag, and yet Hollywood tried very hard to make him A Thing. To be fair, though, aside from Arnie, everyone in Geonighsys was miscast.

OTOH, I actually really liked Dark Fate, but it came after a point where most people were burned out on the franchise, so it flopped at the box office. But it was nice to see a timeline where what happened in the 'present' of the first two films actually changed the future, so we get something different in the vein of the old saying 'history doesn't repeat itself, but it does rhyme'. Plus seeing Linda Hamilton return to the badass Sarah Connor of T2 was pretty cool.

Personally, I skipped it because of more stupid retcons. I hate time travel nonsense on a good day, and they convoluted a simple story, made the good movies effectively meaningless and just generally made a mess.

Also freaking geriatric action stars.

Back to your original point caldwin, I think she had an idea something happened to the dad when Kyle mentioned the nukes... but past that... she might have been too preoccupied to think beyond that, until sometime after the hydrolic press

Five Guys is overrated as all hell.

Maybe it's different overseas but it's like...you go to Five Guys and you're gonna get a decent enough fast food burger but that's the problem right there - it's just a decent enough fast food burger and you're gonna be paying like $20+ for a burger, fries, and a drink.

It's hella overpriced for the quality of the food.

You could go to a local diner and get a higher quality burger and fries for cheaper.

I'd disagree on the fry quality, but that's the main reason to go there also as far as I'm concerned. So far I've yet to find better cajun fries, and they practically shower you with them. Go there, buy just the fries, and call it a day.

I've heard they're generous with the fry portion, and that's what gets my attention. I'm very hungry.

Yeah, one order of large fries is enough for TMM and I to share, with leftovers for later. I like it b/c of the customization options for your burger.
Eg. Ask your average fast food place to leave something out or add something in, and it's a toss-up whether they do or not. Five Guys will get it right. Most sit down restaurants here are about the same price or more.

I love a company like that. Wendy's conditioned me to assume I need to order a large to get more than six fries.

Honestly even the Five Guys fries aren't that great.

Like you can sometimes get decent enough fries but out of all the times I've been to Five Guys? Yeah more often than not it's just gonna taste like fuckin grease.

'Oh but they give you a hug ton'

Does that really matter if you're getting a ton of really jive fries? If they were consistently 5/10 mid fries I wouldn't care if I got a ton of them but not fries that taste like friggin grease.
