Looking up the cast list, the "robohobo" is played by Rory McCann and is known as simply "The Buyer".
Other names that stood out to me as part of the cast were Cary Elwes, Stockard Channing, and one more character from the games voiced by Christopher Lloyd: Chief Pachacamac from Sonic Adventure!
I do wonder how this is going to work. This looks like a trailer for a single movie, not a show.
