Now that I think about it, I'm actually a little surprised Hasbro didn't attempt to make Energon Duststorm and Cybertron Mudflap the same character in their attempts to reconnect Cybertron back with Armada and Energon in the English version, what with Duststorm and Mudflap both being cranes with a very similar light blue coloration.

Honestly, I keep forgetting they're not the same guy.

Maybe Duststorm got dumped out of a shuttle and reformatted by a passing deity.
