They'll likely find ways to avoid Earthspark in the generations line for about ten years or so, thus enabling those who grew up watching Earthspark, start to feel a tingling sensation upon seeing the figures in stores or online!
If they can find any around Bumblebees, Starscreams, and that one Transquito that still hasn't sold.

What... What's wrong with the Deluxe versions the Terrans already have?
Scale and quality. If they were to get new molds on the generations budget and "G1-ified" so they look good standing next to the G1 cast. That would be perfect, at least for me.
Doing Earthspark in Generations when RiD2015 is basically untouched would be criminal.
?? We got Filch, Windblade and Strongarm. Granted, it would be nice to get Drift and his Mini-Cons as well as a few Decepticons but getting 3 characters, 2 of which originating from RiD2015, isn't bad.

Nightstrike from Starraiders is also an RID Character.

Strongarm is 1/4 the main cast so okay. Windblade is more associated with and explicitly named as Cyberverse. A cassette repaint with vaguely same colors and similar altmode doesn’t even count.

I like the Earthspark characters a lot but being one of the kid lines has hampered the toy representation of its cast. I'd like to get a Twitch, but the Deluxe seems a bit big. The Warrior class one seems to cover those bases better but the altmode is kind of off. Funny enough, Thrash is the opposite case where the Warrior class figure is better overall.

That said, a large enough chunk of that cast got made in as-close-to-mainline-as-the-line-gets form (although I still want at least an Arcee and Frenzy). I'd like RID2015 to get more Generations redos before Earthspark, which is still fairly fresh for a revisit and which already has that toyline lead. (There's certainly enough for a couple of Deluxe waves, with the Bee Team and Obligatory Optimus taking up most of a wave as is -- and while I know like 3/4 of the cast may be too niche to put up at regular retail, there are still a handful of notable regulars.)

Like, I'd pick RID2015 ahead of Earthspark in general due to entirely subjective personal factors, but this i think is less down to that bias -- for all the scale quibbling, Twitch, Thrash, Hashtag, Nightshade, etc got all-new Deluxe-budget (I assume) molds dedicated to their designs already. That's actually one benefit of not being in the Generations line, where they'd almost certainly be retools of molds of variable suitedness (sometimes it's a Filch situation, sometimes it's a Strongarm).

I'd go for Steeljaw and Thunderhoof, at least. Maybe a nice big Underbite. Bonus if they make him hollow, both to make him bigger and to let him eat Nuon City smaller bots. (There's an idea, a two pack of Underbite and Fixit.)

I wish there were an upgrade kit for Strongarm that gave her chonkier wheels that protruded a bit out of the wheel wells, just to give the robot mode an illusory bit of added bulk. (So far there's just some -- surprise -- gap filler and a redo of her original gun.)

As it stands, I'm still warming to the figure, and may get one if I see one on the cheap.

Earthspark Bumblebee looking sharp as always. They really need to redeco these molds more.

Orange Onyx. Guess Megatronus had dibs on black.

Love that he's a centaur! (The TF One depiction seemed to give him digitigrade bipedal legs.)

On one hand, making him a centaur makes sense. On the other hand, it means his alt mode is probably really close to his robot mode. Not really a fan of beastformer transformations where the main difference is swapping heads.
