So just replace everything except the arms, got it.I wouldn't be surprised if they retool this figure into 86 Megatron, new head, new chest plate, new shoulders and legs, plus feet, a major retool would do the job on top of the paint

Probably the one we got when we wished for a really good, lore driven, Transformers film…which ended up being the worst performing theatrical release since 1986…Guess which one is left!

If a transformation works, there's no rule that says two distinct molds can't have the same transformation design. We've just gotten so used to the practice of pre-planned shared molds that the automatic reaction when a figure is revealed is "Who is this retooled from?/Who can it be retooled into?".
