i wish they didn't make the smokestacks on g1 universe prime removable though because mine are hella loose

actually it's really weird - with one of the smokestacks, if i plug it into one of the holes, it's totally fine. nice and tight. but then the other one is incredibly loose talking like 'i can lightly flick it with my finger and it'll spin like i'm moses parting the red sea with a beyblade' so instead i have to have them both in the opposite holes where they're not that loose but are still in the 'will frequently get bumped out of position while posing the toy'

dumb. hasbro you dumb. nobody is going to use them as guns or whatever the hell was the reason to make them removable.

Same reason it always is with Hasbro making either removable stacks, rubbery flexible stacks, or short stacks: Toy safety laws.

I had a similar issue with my Coronation Starscream's guns. A very light coating of acrylic nail polish solved that issue. It's important to let it fully dry FIRST, though.

Thing with my nephew's Prime though was the opposite, his fist holes are SO tight it was problematic. I lightly sanded them so the guns could actually be held.

I could see that. They expect us to use the Earthrise trailer, so they maintained compatibility with the trailer's detachable bits.

It actually looks really good with the earthrise trailer, I've got both the nonnef kit and the toyhax stickers on the trailer too. But I would still trade all that for the figure to be a voyager.
