So Dekafox I am going to work on getting wealthy and I recommend that you do too. It sounds like that's going to be where the smart money is the next few years.

He clearly cares about something more than kissing up to Trump (or placating his more heavily-armed supporters), which is already a surprise. Even if it's personal gain, I'm impressed that he can finally recognize that he might have more to gain by criticizing Trump's policies than bolstering them. Ultimately that's what's going to fuel the most promising efforts to unseat him; we've seen time and time again that people with good motives can't be counted on to actually take action.

Musk is the favored child right now and Mitch has no influence on Trump this time around. He knows what's coming up in 2 years even if SAVE goes through it probably won't be enough to save the GOP majority.

Ironbite-he's trying to shore up things and doesn't understand that there's nothing to shore up.

There has never been a time that Mitch McConnell was a fan of Donald Trump. Never a time that it even appeared so. He is a skilled professional politician and he is one who will be watching out for the GOP in all of this. I like seeing this. Since Musk starting spinning around the White House I have been suspecting taht 47 could go to far for the party to stomach. Trump CAN be impeached if a large chunk of Republican congressmen believe he is hurting their futures.

Just wait till there is no FEMA to rescue hurricane victims in sunny, red Florida. We'll see if Rick Scott and the others will change their tune.
Project 2025 is actively destroying everything we know, but it is possible that we can stem the bleeding provided there are enough things to cause cold feet.

yes, that means actively hoping for natural disasters and other horrible things to happen to people who don't deserve it. but, again, these states voted for the fucker. Reap the whirlwind.

We'll see. I have some doubts.
Oh, and apparently Trump has ordered 400+ "armored" cybertrucks for . . . . something.
I'm sure that has nothing to do with anything.

Silly US Government, everyone knows if you want to convert a truck into a military vehicle you use a Toyota Hilux.

wonko the sane?

You may test that assumption at your convinience.

Armored Cybertrucks: deflect a bullet AND take your finger off. It's a ******* swiss army knife.
