So I don't know how many times Trump mentioned eggs during the campaign. I googled, hoping someone had some kind of count, but I'm not going to do too much work to get the answer. He did pledge on more than one occasion that he was bringing the price of eggs down on Day 1.
I don't blame him for not doing that. I blame him for claiming he could. And he didn't cause a bird flu outbreak. It's just an example of the bad luck that someone who claims personal responsibility for the economy can get into.
I saved a screenshot on my phone and might upload later, but I can't do it now. A lady posted that FEMA used their money to house illegal immigrants and that's why they didn't have money when a disaster happened. I didn't know anything about this talking point, but someone else said that what the issue was incorrectly characterized. The money had come from Border Patrol but had gone through FEMA's account because of how money needed to be handled and in any case FEMA never ran out of money. There was no disaster that they weren't able to work on. To defend Tina from this factcheck, Cody rebutted with the astute fact that this other person was a sheep. "They don't get it. They brainwashed to the point of no return. Their leaders have them focused on eggs. And sheep listen, so they are focused on eggs. You could hit them in the fact with facts and they would be like 'but eggs are up to $1.25' They worried about quarters. Not millions. Trump ending the DOE because half's are idiots" There are no replies about eggs. Cody has just noticed that Democrat sheep are really preoccupied with the price of eggs. Cody thinks they may have gone as high as $1.25 and is that really a big deal?
