Good luck getting 3/4ths of the state legislatures to agree on such an amendment, heck, good luck on getting 2/3ds of congress/state legislatures to even bring it up for vote. Congress can't just up the age due to the 26th amendment. The country is in bad shape, but it's not THAT far gone, at least not yet.

He's gonna do it via Executive Order. Cause he thinks the President has that power.

They don't quite understand that a President isn't a King. Of course, if they get enough of the government on their side, nobody will call them on it anyway, so it doesn't always matter.

I assume the Nuclear Regulatory Commission is responsible for overseeing nuclear energy, not weapons?

If so... someone needs to point out to him that we can't even convince American businesses to build the nuclear plants they're already allowed to.

wonko the sane?

You may test that assumption at your convinience.
Citizen
The problem with that is: you need a reactor to create the weapons grade materials for the bombs. So the nuclear regulatory commission does indeed AFFECT the weapons even if they don't oversee them.

and in fact, I believe they actually are responsible for the standards regarding the storage of those bombs, what with them being full of nuclear material.

Congress and the President still don't have the power to change the Constitution, not even through an executive order, fortunately. They might think they do, but that one would get them laughed out of court and hopefully out of office. Hell, the Supreme Court only has the power to interpret, and they made damned sure the voting age and rules in that amendment weren't up for interpretation.

Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy has a reckless plan for achieving U.S. global dominance: giving away other countries’ territory.

Ramaswamy is already under fire for his objectively terrible plan to let China invade Taiwan after 2028 if he were elected. Now, the presidential hopeful thinks that Russia should be allowed to keep the parts of Ukraine it currently occupies.

After publicly declaring he's okay with letting China invade Taiwan after we have semi-conductor independence and don't need them... what stops Taiwan from siding with China and cutting us off the moment there's a President-elect Ramaswamy?

Robinson, who is the state’s lieutenant governor, has said he “wouldn’t be surprised” if the 1969 moon landing was fake and the 9/11 terrorist attacks were an “inside job.” He’s “SERIOUSLY skeptical” of President John F. Kennedy’s assassination and of the 2017 mass shooting in Las Vegas. He falsely accused David Hogg, a survivor of the 2018 mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, of being a paid actor. He’s claimed that climate change is based on “junk science.”
And those are just the dangerous theories he’s echoed that have been previously reported.
In lesser-noticed social media posts, Robinson has said that news coverage of police shootings is part of a media conspiracy “designed to push US towards their new world order.” He and his wife both liked a since-deleted Facebook comment that stated, “WWG1WGA are my ‘Identity’ letters,” a reference to the QAnon rallying cry “Where we go one, we go all.” In October 2018, on a day when authorities intercepted pipe bombs intended for President Barack Obama, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and CNN, Robinson suggested on Facebook that they had done it to themselves. “If you can’t beat ’em, bomb yourself,” he wrote.

There are a variety of reasons he should be removed from power, but if failing health is what it takes, so be it.

We should really bury Diane Feinstein while we're at it.

FB friend:
Joe Biden acts a bit confused and people say he's too senile to be in office. Bitch McConnell has a full-on blue-screen Windows system crash in his brain, and people say he just needs some rest.

The only question anyone should ask any Republican candidate right now is "if you lose the election, will you concede gracefully like a mature adult, or throw a temper tantrum and try to overthrow the government like your orange idiot lord?"

Rudy Giuliani keeps reminding us that he once prosecuted criminals. So what? How many crooked cops started out as guys just doing their jobs? He was corrupted by the lure of easy money, just like every cop who ever turned dirty.

If you think that tanks and guns and warships represent "freedom" while schoolteachers represent "fascist indoctrination", you might be a Republican.
