I really dislike the packaging of one new figure with one or more redecos, and I have no interest in this Bludgeon. But I do appreciate what Hasbro did with this redeco. It's not for me, but I can see it appealing to some people more than the normal version.

I'm always a bit saddened whenever I hear that the myth of Takara's superior quality still persists. For a long time, they would release their own versions of common figures after Hasbro, so they'd get to discover any issues that came up during mass production and have a chance to correct them...

I read the thread, but sorry to say I have no useful feedback to give. My basement flooded not too long after I got my game, and everything has been packed away since. So while I have all the sets, I haven't gotten to spend much time actually playing any of them yet. 🙁
