Doubtful. The energon monsters were likely to have been pull-apart toys like the Junkions, Fossilizers, Modulators, and Weaponizers. And from the sound of their name, they likely would have had monster-based beast modes.
So, if we're looking at this being like a post-G2 lead-in to Toy Continuity Beast Wars, then I guess the Autobots and Decepticons would still be in their Machine Wars bodies? ;)

Aw. Bummer.
I actually know a bunch of folks who were wanting to see the war on Earth and were really put off by the show skipping over it. Some were so put off to the point that they dropped out of the show entirely because it didn't give them what they wanted to see.
And, no, they don't care...
And after season 1, the show stops being about Bumblebee. He's still in it, but he's no longer the main character.
And as for the time skip between the first two seasons, some have given thought to the idea of the Transformers: Battlegrounds video game being what possibly takes place during...

At that time, both of those certainly got me and all my friends all...
Season 1 starts off kind of slow and weak, but eventually gets pretty good. Season 2 is all around really good from start to finish. Though, its proper finale doesn't come until the first four episodes of season 3 for some odd reason. Season 3... is simply amazing. And the two season 4 movies...
He has his voice back in the first episode of season 2. They never explain it. It's still gone by the end of season 1, but then he suddenly just has it again one episode later.
And for all it's faults, a lot of the backstory material given only in Season 1 does come back later into the story and expects you remember having first seen it back in Season 1.
Well, Nevermore posted all of his Transformers review videos above in the first five posts of this thread, so click on any of them to see for yourself.
And, honestly, why is she blue? Like, that's straight up just Side Burn's deco covering the majority of the figure. She won't have to be redecoed into Side Burn, she already IS Side Burn!
