I've only seen a couple of the episodes so far, but yeah, I did notice that the background is absolutely littered with Cybertronian text. I haven't translated any of it, though.
Very sad to hear. I was a teenager in the 90's, so the Foo Fighters were a big deal to me. A Foo Fighters/Red Hot Chili Peppers show when they were touring for The Colour and the Shape was my first "big" concert I ever went to, and it's still one of my favorite albums. 50 is way too young.
I've also always felt that was a better option, too. Give me a Broadside that goes from robot to standard earth aircraft carrier to Cybertronian space battleship / starfighter carrier, like something you would see in the old Wing Commander games (for anyone that remembers those).
Now that's not fair. While it's true that those wings spent most of their 20's bouncing around from job to job with no real direction in life, they've now settled into a good position at the steel mill and have been taking night classes in accounting. Plus, they've been dating Michelle for...
I wouldn't even mind so much if they had molded in some details that made it look like bombs or fuel tanks or something you might expect to see mounted below a plane.

2 - That Atari joystick from the video game group is on-point, and represents a large part of my childhood (yes, I know I'm old.)
Looking forward to these when they...
Robot mode looks great, but it seems like there are a lot of concessions to both alternate modes that I would have hoped didn't need to be made at the Leader price point.
Not sure I need the translucent Hulk Hands, but maybe they combine with other figures' extras to make something cool.
All...
My one complaint is that they seem to have settled into the less-detailed paint application type faces that had started to become the norm in the last wave.
Edit: I guess I should say single-color. The old faces weren't necessarily more detailed, but often used a couple of colors to make the...
Lot of different Sandstorms.
Makes me wonder: what name has been re-used for the most completely unrelated characters? (Not including, of course, different continuities versions of Megatron or Optimus, etc.)
Exactly. The crap in the Chicago river only achieved sentience about 3 years ago. It probably won't be able to read or write at that level for AT LEAST six more months yet.
