Yeah, I'm in the same boat. I have only a passing familiarity with GI Joe, mostly from the times it does intersect with Transformers. I find it neat when the two sister franchises meet like this, but it doesn't hit me in the feels the same way that the Jurrasic Park crossover did. I do know...

Aaaaaand it's gone (or at least delayed) Babylon 5 Reboot Cancelled for Now Sounds like they were impressed enough with the script that they're holding on to it for now, so next year may be our last, best hope for a B5 reboot.

It's not great, but it's not terrible. If I was a big GI Joe fan I might spring for it, but as it is, it's one that I can skip without feeling like I'd regret it down the road.

Curious as to what the show will be like. I'd be happy with more or less a Transformers version of Teen Titans Go. 80% oddball non-sequitur humor and 20% in-jokes and references to obscure and ridiculous aspects of the brand history.
