Sadly the post is lost, but I remember Green Night Cap responded to Harmony's attack on Maple by giving Harmony a big slimy hug she'd be feeling the rest of the night.

reading it back I kinda feel bad about how Maple went into that conversation... she could have handled that better... but these sisters ..oooooooo

I like all of them. Maple has her little issues with everyone. she actually thinks Sym might be too nice and was actively waiting for the other shoe to drop. Honestly Maple thought Rhapsody was the more even tempered of the three. That's likely down to more exposure leading to a bias.

I always liked Sym. Harmony was...well, let's be honest. She was fairly abrasive even before what happened to Rhapsody. But Static wasn't exactly Mr. Sunshine that night either...so glass houses and all that.

Harmony, she basically hides her true thoughts and feelings behind a sense of superiority, her near death experience as a child lead to her hiding behind a false sense of bravado, feeling like she had to be and act stronger then she was. Working in the fashion industry doesn't help much either. Harmony is probably the weakest of the trio and the least able to easily cope with stressful situations Similar to how it effected Rhapsody and her being overbearingly protective of anyone in her life, and overactive to even perceived threats. If I ever had a chance to bring Harmony back it would have revealed her being nicer then she acts.

Symphony was the balance between them, while she was shy, neverous and could scare easily, her unique gift kinda let her see stuff that others couldn't so ended up gaining perspective that would allow her to face her fears. Symphony was always the nice one, conceptionally the Fluttershy of the trio, to Rhapsody being Dash and Harmony being Rarity. What she was hiding wasn't anything that would have lead to any kinda personality change. It was that she was the reason Rhapsody and Harmony survived their ordeal as children, though she has never told either of them. She had felt it was more important that they believed they managed to do it themselves, least that's what she interpreted from her vision.

Also, not sure if this was ever revealed, but both Sym and Harm know Rhapsody was Black Night, and Harm actually designed her current look. This is why she took pot shots at Night Cap and his "cheap imitation" of her work more then just from Rhapsody venting about her coworkers to her. I actually had art about her redesigning it, somewhere.

You told us about Harmony knowing and designing the costume. I'm not sure if you said Sym knew or not, though it wouldn't be surprising that if one of them knew, thay'd both know.

I cut Harmony some slack because she was having a horrible night. She deserved to get slimed, but I wasn't going to argue with her.

I had no idea about this, but it makes things so much funnier.

Shortly after the campaign began I regretted that it hadn't occurred to me to go with a Minuteman costume, but now I know I made the right choice.

I think Maple forgot that Amber didn't know. I can't remember what she says to her about it, but yeah Getting her back for this special was fun

I found some stuff.

"Well, Windrose," says Amber, very politely, surprised to find how much differently she is viewing the earth pony now that she's changed out of that tormented-looking coat. "My specialty is in ancient and archaic technologies and implements, but I'm sort of a mechanical pony, I mean I'm not actually mechanical," raising her hoof, she shakes it in the air as if in evidence, "although I have to admit that I'm sometimes told that I -" Amber shakes her head with another pop. "Really, this looks like it might be time for your specialty. Are you good at looking at mechanical things?" She motions Windrose aside as they join the group to check the interior generator.

"Oh, that's simply capital, Windrose!" exclaims Amber, fully convinced at the earth pony's expertise in looking at things and her value as an assistant. "So - " Amber draws out her notepad again and begins sketching a rough diagram, not to scale, complete with stick ponies.

Amber looks at her hooves, then steps forward, resolutely, all the while arching her neck in a clear gesture of "after you, of course." She glances down at her abandoned firefly lantern and for the first time feels a bit of empathy with the little creatures inside. "Lead the way," Amber says. Then, under her breath, she continues, "but next time we go exploring somewhere you can't use your wi - witty comebacks," reminding herself for the second time today that earth ponies don't have wings. Just what do earth ponies have again? she thinks to herself, as she follows Windrose through the darkened doorway, popping her neck as she begins to produce a radiant golden glow from her horn.

I love how Maple has been so ground down by the entire coming out experience that she instinctively took what Amber said the wrong way. Completely shutting down, it's like her emotional compass is broken - to the point that she can't even articulate to her that she was confused about it.
