She's not that young either. And if you think she's attractive, girls looking like her are a dime a dozen over here. Not so many of them speak English like her or dress like an 80's Japanese Lolicon pop idol though.

I was speaking generally, to be honest. I'm not saying she's unattractive in a conventional sense... just the "let's all act like we're 5" thing Japan seems fond of... not my deal
If it makes you feel better, not all women any like that. The Japanese girls/women I've dated or been friends with didn't act like that. Some even hated other girls acting like that too.

I admit to being a little confused sometimes by Miley's presentations. On the one hand, her openings do seem very pre-K pitched with the facial expressions and puppet interactions -- and yet she also advertises nighttime bar tours and talks about her quest to find a "foreign prince" for one of her friends on the very same channel.
Definitely falls into the category of "more unusual", if very girly.
My ex girlfriend was on TV with Beat Takeshi on a show called something like "Aren't Japanese (but really foreigners) Strange!". She was one of the Russian panelists for an episode or two.
