My childhood impression that VPs get elected President was a really bad take and I didn't know it until a few weeks ago. It is REALLY hard for a VP to win that election. Being Joe Biden's teammate is the reason she has the standing to be on the ballot. Without the Biden administration and her implied high level participation in it, she is a former Senator running for President who got picked out of a hat. Asking her if she disagrees with Biden is asking her to name errors that she's made in the White House. It is a rotten question. I'm not saying they shouldn't ask it, but it is a trap and I don't know what to say if I am her.
